Information for passengers with reduced mobility

Donegal Airport has an ongoing commitment to provide the best possible assistance to passengers with reduced mobility. All of the public areas within Donegal Airport are on one level, therefore mobility within the terminal building is easily facilitated as there are no stairs or escalators required.

All intending passengers must advise the airline of any special assistance they require at the time of booking.

On arrival at Donegal Airport passengers requiring special assistance should proceed to the car-park and use the intercom at the entrance barrier to contact the staff on duty in the Terminal Building. For security reasons the Car Park is only open to the public when the airport is open.
Vehicles cannot be accessed outside these hours.
